Jordan, is an x of Nathan’s and member of the guard who helps people with the troubles (cured by Nathan).
Chris, Audrey’s x has the trouble that people adore him unnaturally. He travels for his work to raise money.
Abe is killing people that are troubled to ride their families of their troubles.
Vernon was Sam’s fiancé, he tried to control
her. Duke, Sam’s husband has met Vernon when he tried to win Sam back before
Duke and Sam were married.
Kat, Sam’s sister tried to kill Sam when she
was captured by the witches, who make the troubles in Haven. The lead witch
Mavis, is Audrey’s mother, who wants to Kill Nathan, since he can heal the troubles
and Audrey to join the witches.

EXT. WAREHOUSE DISTRICT
– ALLEYWAY – NIGHT
In an alleyway at night in the warehouse
district the earth begins to quake. A short man runs from a shaking building,
looking behind him nervous. He slips but gets up anxious he looks behind him
and runs down an alley.
Jordon, a woman with black hair comes out of
nowhere, “Caspian.” She called out.
The man is startled but knows her, “Jordon,
they’re after me.”
Jordon motions for Caspian to follow her
towards a car. But their path is blocked by a truck coming down the alley.
Jordan pulls him a different direction. They trample over trash on the ground
it vibrates. More feet following trample it.
HAVEN – MORNING
The town looks green and quiet in the
air crisp as the bird chirp the song of the morning.
INT. MANSE – MORNING
In the morning, Abe eats breakfast with the
paper in front of him and his cell phone on the table in front of him.
There’s a knock at the door.
Abe bowl in hand, opens the door to see Vernon.
Vernon’s surprised to see Abe, “I’m looking for
Sam…Reverend Lewis.”
Abe with food in his mouth says, “She moved.
She’s probably at the Gull.”
Abe’s phone beeps. Abe picks the phone on his
belt, a different phone than before (he’s got two). It says, “Warehouse
district.”
Vernon nods saying, “Thanks.”
With Vernon walking away Abe closes the door.
He pulls out a secret compartment of a box near the entrance and reveals
weapons.
INT. THE GULL – MORNING
In the morning at the Gull Nathan and Audrey
sit at the bar with Glenda, the wedding planner. She scolds them for not having
gotten the details done when the wedding is tomorrow. “You’re going to need to
finalize the flower selection, put a rush on that, rearrange the seating chart,
get together the groomsman and bride’s maid gifts and write your vows.”
Nathan and Audrey look at her overwhelmed
unable to hear her as she continues talking.
Glenda puts a binder before them. “It all in
here.” She says, “Adjust the seating chart first, I need to make name plates.”
She hands them a chart and places it over the notebook.
Both Audrey and Nathan look overwhelmed.
Glenda done with her spiel gets up and leaves
sighing and shaking her head.
Nathan and Audrey stay sitting looking
overwhelmed.
Dave and Vince come in bickering, “Uma Wilson.”
Dave says.
Vincent responds, “She was a blood sucking
vixen...it’s a good thing she left you at the altar.”
Dave argues, “She wouldn’t have left if you
hadn’t…”
Vince taps Dave in the shoulder as he sees
Nathan and Audrey are looking off in the distance distressed.
“How are the wedding plans going?” Vince asks.
Audrey and Nathan look at them shell shocked, “I
have no words.” Audrey says.
Dave looks at the seating chart in front of
Nathan, “the Novelli and Keegans can’t sit together, unless you want branches
to come out of the ground.”
Nathan offers Dave and Vince the opportunity to
rearrange the seating arrangement.
They gladly accept redoing it.
Suddenly the whole building begins to shake.
Audrey begins to question, “Another earthquake?”
Nathan’s phone vibrates. He looks to it, it’s a
text from Jordon, saying ‘SOS meet me at 93 Brick Street’ Nathan pauses, “Um,
Audrey…” He says hesitant.
Audrey looks to him suspicious, “Yes, what is
it?”
“I just got an SOS from Jordon. She needs my
help.”
Audrey nods, “Oh well, if she needs us then we
should go.”
Nathan pauses, “What about the wedding stuff?”
Vince and Dave turn to Audrey, ‘We’ll get it
all done.” Dave offers holding his hand out to take the notebook.
Audrey passes Dave the wedding notebook, “Thank
you.” She says.
Dave excited says, “Our pleasure.”
Nathan pauses as Audrey puts cash out on the
bar, “You want to help my ex-girlfriend.”
Audrey says, “If she needs our help them we
should go.”
James sitting at a nearby table watches Nathan
and Audrey leave. Nathan is not sure this is a good idea.
Vince and Dave see James and sit with him, “You
want to help.” Vince asks.
James sits up nervous about them seeing his
spying and says, “oh, sure.”
EXT. GULL - MORNING
Outside the Gull upstairs, Sam and Duke sneak
out of Audrey’s apartment. Sam fixes her shirt and hair Duke puts his shirt
back on.
“That was a nice breakfast.” Sam says.
Duke responds, “Yeah.” At the top of the stairs
Duke pulls her close to him by the belt loops on her jeans. She smiles and
embraces him as he holds her close,
“We could have some more breakfast.” Duke
offers.
Sam leans against him looking into his eyes, “I
have to get to work. I haven’t even started on what I’m going to say for the
ceremony tomorrow. You have work too.”
Duke sighs, “We should just quit our jobs.”
Sam smiles, “I’ll see you tonight, but late.”
Duke sighs, “I’m closing anyway.” He kisses her
deeply. She kisses him deeply twice. She pulls herself from him and turns with
a smile.
“Sam.” Duke calls, “you’re zipper.”
Sam, embarrassed pulls her zipper up.
Vernon, standing in the parking lot as if he’s
stood there awhile watches Sam pull up her zipper.
As she walks down the stairs Duke watches her
as if he’s checking her out. Her hair is still a mess, matted in the back.
Vernon, stern faced steps up in front of her, his
hands in his pockets. “Sam,” he calls out to her.
She looks up and sees him, “Vernon.” She says
surprised.
Suddenly she’s deflated all the joy from her
face turns to shame.
Duke on his way down sees Vernon and points
back up to the apartment, “I just remembered I have to finish cleaning out the
apartment.” Duke climbs back up the stairs.
Vernon looks to Sam and asks, “Can we talk?”
Sam sheepishly nods.
Act I
INT. GULL - DAY
Vernon and Sam sit in the Gull, in awkward
silence, tension between them.
“That was weird this morning…” Vernon says.
Sam sheepishly says, “I can explain what you
saw-”
Vernon interrupts, “The earthquake.” He was
referring to that as weird.
Sam questions him, “What earthquake?”
The waitress comes over with coffee filling
cups, “You didn’t feel the earthquake? The whole building was shaking.” She
says.
Vernon factually says, “You didn’t notice.”
Sam shakes her head, “We get earthquakes all
the time.”
The waitress walks away as she’s ignored.
Vernon says “Oh. I thought that was just
California.” He didn’t know Maine gets earthquakes.
Sam nods, “No, we do too.”
He continues, “About this morning, the stairs…”
he sighs.
Sam eagerly says, “I can explain-“
Vernon interrupts, “It doesn’t matter. I don’t
care. I mean I think for a Reverend you shouldn’t be doing that but we all
stray from our path.” In shame he admits, “I wasn’t here for you Sam. It makes
sense that you’d stray. I love you. I missed you. I can’t live without you.”
Dave and Vince crane their necks to ease drop
at a nearby table.
Sam opens her mouth to speak but he cuts her
off, “I know I messed up when I was here last time and I want to be here for
you like I should have.”
Sam sits speechless. Her phone rings. She
answers it, she tells the person over the phone “Right, yes I’ll be right
there, tell them to wait.” She hangs up.
Vernon sits back cocky, “I’m not going to keep
you from your work, go. I’ll stop by at lunch.”
Sam, flustered picks up her purse and jacket by
the bar and shuffles out.
WAREHOUSE DISTRICT -
DAY
Nathan and Audrey walk along a
building, Audrey has her gun out.
“This is 93 Brick Street” Nathan says confused.
He looks to Audrey who looks around alert with her gun drawn and ready to fire,
“Why the gun?”
Audrey says, “I feel like we’re being watched.”
Nathan looks around confirming he has the
feeling too.
The large doors of the building start to open, clanging
as it does. Audrey holds her gun towards the individual who opens it form the
inside. It’s Jordon. She puts up her hands, “It’s me.” She orders them to get inside
as if there’s something out there.
Audrey and Nathan walk inside. Jordon quickly
closes the door.
INT. WAREHOUSE - DAY
“What are you doing here?” Jordon asks.
“You texted me to meet you here.”
Jordon shakes her head, “No I didn’t. I lost my
dang phone.”
Audrey asks, “If you didn’t text him than who
did?”
Jordon shakes her head, “I don’t know.”
“Somebody wants me here”, Nathan says, “Why are
you here?”
“I was
helping a troubled person. Caspian Fray.” Jordon says with attitude.
“What’s his trouble?” Audrey asks holstering
her gun.
Jordon shakes her head, “His trouble isn’t the
problem people were chasing us.”
Nathan steps up, “What kind of people? Witches?”
Jordon shakes her head, “I didn’t fall behind
to find out.”
Audrey looks concerned, “Did they get him?”
Jordon shakes her head, “No, we hid in here but
he ran from me and I can’t find him. I picked this building because there’s
only one way in or out and it’s loud.” She sighs and reluctantly says, “I could
use your help.”
Nathan assures Jordon, “We’ll find him.” His
hand on her arm.
Audrey looks at Nathan suspicious and nods to
Jordon. She looks over her shoulder as they start up the stairs to the catwalk.
EXT. WAREHOUSE - DAY
From a distance a group of men with guns watch,
Abe is with them.
“We need to find Caspian first.” A redheaded
man says, “And then you can do your thing.” He turns to Abe.
Abe nods.
The redhead turns to the group, “let’s head out”
The men gather their guns. One of them is badly
beaten hiding under a hood.
An older man with black hair says, “we can’t
have them interfering.”
Abe adds, “And we certainly can’t kill them.”
The redhead doesn’t look so convinced as he
leads the other men out, one of them has a hood over his head.
INT. CHURCH OFFICE -
DAY
Sam at the church walks in flustered. Gloria is
waiting in her office with Floyd. “Sorry to make you wait.”
Gloria says “No problem.”
Sam sighs.
“Everything alright?” Floyd comments, “We saw
you at the Gull sneaking out of the apartment with Duke.”
Sam covers her head in shame.
Gloria interrupts, “there’s nothing to be
ashamed of. This is your first year of marriage enjoy it. It’s downhill after
that. Frankly it’s refreshing to see someone married with a healthy sex life.”
Sam smiles, “Thank you. Is that how you and
Floyd will be spending your first year?”
Gloria leans in, “Honey we’re old, it’s
downhill period.”
Sam smiles, “Okay, let’s talk about your
marriage.”
Gloria nods, “Yes, that’s why we’re here.”
INT. WAREHOUSE - DAY
Nathan, Jordon, and Audrey search through the
building, guns drawn. They walk along the catwalk Jordon asks Nathan, “How have
you been?”
Nathan nods, “Good.”
“I’ve been great, thanks for asking.” Audrey
says as she motions for them to enter a room, where the door is partway open.
Jordon lagging behind sighs, “This is going to
be fun.”
They enter the room, looking around the small
office Audrey says, “Clear.” And heads out.
Nathan catches up to Audrey, “Don’t be so hard
on her.”
Audrey annoyed says, “Don’t be so soft with
her.”
Nathan confused asks, “What am I doing?”
“You didn’t tell her that we were getting
married.”
Jordon behind them says, “You’re getting
married?”
Audrey and Nathan look to Jordon. Annoyed she
says, “I’m not some wounded animal I knew the two of you were involved. I’m not
sitting alone pinning and I wouldn’t expect to be invited. I do expect to find
Caspian.”
Audrey nods, feeling sheepish. Suddenly they
hear a loud noise.
“The door?” Jordon says and goes to the edge of
the catwalk realizing the front door has just been opened.
On the first floor of the warehouse, led by the
redhead the men with guns enter Nathan, Jordon, and Audrey see and hide in an
office on the third floor.
Caspian hides in a closet the floor between
them.
INT. WAREHOUSE – THIRD
FLOOR OFFICE - DAY
Nathan, Jordon, and Audrey hide from site in an
office. They stand around in a circle conferring.
“It doesn’t look like witches.” Nathan says.
Audrey says, “The one, I only got a peak but he
looks like Jeremy.”
Jordon is confused, “Who’s Jeremy.”
Nathan says, “One of the witches.”
Jordon’s annoyed, “Why didn’t I know about
this?”
Nathan explains, “We’ve been busy.”
Audrey says, “He might have had a falling out
with the witches and formed his own group.”
Nathan turns to Audrey, “They have guns.
Witches don’t need guns.”
Audrey says, “They do if we’re here. They want
to kill you Nathan, I don’t think they’re picky about how it happens. That
could be why they wanted you here.”
Jordon sighs, “I heard that love stops their
magic. I wasn’t sure I believed it.”
Suddenly the building begins to shake.
Nathan yells, “this building is going to come
down.”
INT. WAREHOUSE – OPEN
AREA - DAY
As the building shakes in the open warehouse
the brunette yells, “Get out, get out.”
Nathan, Jordon, and Audrey run out of the
office.
They see Caspian running on the floor below.
“Caspian.” Jordon yells.
Caspian yells, “I’m sorry.” He runs out of the
building.
Audrey says, “We have to get out of here.”
Nathan pulls at Jordon to run. They run down
the stairs.
EXT. WAREHOUSE - DAY
Outside the warehouse collapses.
Act II
EXT. WAREHOUSE - DAY
The warehouse collapses.
Audrey, Nathan, and Jordon are on the ground
unconscious covered in dust amid the rubble. The ground continues to shake.
INT. GULL - DAY
At the Gull James sits at the bar eating lunch.
Daniel behind the bar—the Gull shakes. Daniel curiously says, “That’s the third
one in two days.”
Casually James nods.
Daniel looks down at the Wedding Folder beside
him labeled, “Audrey and Nathan’s wedding.” Daniel picks it up, “What are you
doing with this?”
James looks up to Daniel, “Audrey and Nathan
had to check something out at the warehouse district.”
Daniel is worried, “What?
James looks to him annoyed, “They’re just doing
it to avoid wedding stuff.” Looking down at the wedding stuff, James utters
under his breath says, “which is what Vince and Dave stuck me with.”
Daniel worried says, “Maybe I should go check
on them. The buildings are notoriously unstable.”
James looking down off in a daze, not paying
attention says, “I’m their son. Nathan’s and Audrey’s.”
Daniel stops and looks at James. Daniel is not
surprised at all.
James sighs, seeing that Daniel knew, “You
knew?” James says annoyed.
Daniel nods, “Yeah”
James shakes his head upset.
Daniel continues, “It wasn’t my place to tell
you.” Placing his hand on James’ shoulder he looked to James directly saying,
“You asked me not to.”
James looks up shocked, “What?”
Daniel sighs and sits on the stool behind the
bar. “We were both in the barn together, when Audrey decided to shoot Nathan.
You chose to forget, you’d been through a lot. That’s all I was given
permission to tell you if you found out.”
James sighs, “Well I have work to do.”
Daniel laughs. “You’re so much like your
father, avoiding things.”
James sighs, “Yeah,” He says nodding. He grabs
the wedding folder “I have to talk to a florist about some Lilies.” He darts
away and then turns back to Daniel, “Keep this between us?” he asks.
Daniel nods.
James leave.
Daniel takes off his apron ready to leave but
as he grabs the keys he pauses, “Forget it.” He says, “You’re being paranoid,
she’s fine.” He puts the keys back on the back counter.
HAVEN - TOWN
As James walks towards a florist shop
Duke walks towards the bank. Dave and Vince wait behind Duke at the Bank’s ATM.
Dave turns to Duke and asks, “How are you doing?”
Duke nods confused as to why they’re asking,
“I’m okay. What’s going on?” He says curiously.
Vince says, “Things must be difficult with
Vernon in town wanting Sam back.”
Duke cranes his neck saying, “What?”
Dave adds, “I’m sure you have nothing to worry
about.”
Duke nods, yet his body tenses. He nods a bit
too much to be convincing.
Dave says, “Of course she didn’t tell him to
get lost.”
Duke backs away from them, “You go ahead, I’ll
be back.”
Vince and Dave are next in line. “Now we’re
next.” Dave says.
Vince leans in towards Dave, “Duke always takes
forever.”
EXT. GOOD SHEPARD
CHURCH - DAY
On his way to the church Duke passes Vernon on
his cell phone, not paying attention. Duke glares clenching his fits. But he
takes a deep breath and heads up towards the church.
INT. GOOD SHEPARD
CHURCH – RECEPTION AREA - DAY
In the church office Sam drops something off at
the empty reception desk. Duke enters as she he walks into her office. He
follows.
INT. GOOD SHEPARD
CHURCH – SAM’S OFFICE - DAY
Duke follows Sam inside, closing the door
behind him.
Hearing the sound of the door, she turns
startled. Seeing “Duke” she says, “You scared me.” She holds her chest as if
trying to get her heart to slow down. “You want to go to lunch?”
Duke approaches her upset, “I just heard from Vince
and Dave that Vernon wants you back.”
Sam with attitude says, “You know that’s not
going to happen.”
Duke nods, “I know, but you didn’t tell me. And
worse you didn’t tell him you were married or he wouldn’t be sticking around.”
Sam flustered and tense says, “He looked so sad
and he apologized for being a domineering jerk. I couldn’t tell him.”
Duke demands, “Tell him. I am your husband you
have to obey me.”
Sam backs away and shakes her head, “You don’t
get to use that out of context and the rest of that passage says you have to be
willing to die for me.”
Duke nods, “I think I’ve proven I’m willing to
die for you. Are you willing to do this for me?”
Sam angrily says, “Screw you” and barges out
the door into the reception area.
INT. GOOD SHEPARD
CHURCH – RECEPTION AREA - DAY
Duke follows her and yells, “You screwed me
this morning but if you want to do it again-” He begins to unbutton his shirt.
Sam turns to Duke angrily.
Vernon standing in the reception area punches
Duke. Surprised Duke teeters on his feet turned aside in pain.
Sam turns to Vernon and says, “No one hurts my
husband but me!” She punches him.
Reeling from the punch Vernon watches as Duke
yells, “Yes, that’s the woman I married.”
Vernon still recovering from the blow looks up
to Sam and Duke, “You’re married?” He questions and scoffs, “That’s what Kat
meant. You are making bad choices.”
Sam startled says, “You talked to Kat?”
Vernon nods, “I called before I came. What’s
going on Sam you’re acting weird.”
Duke responds, “Kat tried to kill her, tried to
kill Sam.”
Sam looks at Duke pleading with him to go along
with her. She turns to Vernon, “You’re going to call her. And ask her to meet
you.”
EXT. WAREHOUSE DISTRICT
- DAY
In the warehouse district Audrey, Nathan, and
Jordon lay on the ground. Audrey’s cell phone rings. She stirs, “Nathan,
Nathan.” She says and lifts a board off him. He stirs.
Jordon stirs as well saying, “What happened?”
Audrey says. “You’re troubled person caused
this.”
Jordon shakes her head, “He can barely heat a
bowl of soup.”
Nathan continues, “Let me guess using vibration
waves.”
Jordon argues, “Yeah, but this is-“
Audrey interrupts, “Mavis must have gotten to
him.”
Jordon argues, “What would she do? Trouble him
again?”
Nathan tells her, “She can increase the
intensity of the trouble.”
Angered, Jordon asks, “Why wasn’t I told about
this.”
Nathan getting up says, “You’ll have to talk to
Dwight about that.”
Jordon getting up says, “And I will be. After
we find Caspian.”
Audrey up dusts herself off. Her phone begins
to ring again. She picks it up, “Parker” She says and listens.
DARK SPACE
Chris Broady is on the other end of the phone, “Audrey
thank God you’re there.”
WAREHOUSE DISTRICT
Audrey questions, “Chris?”
Chris continues to speak, “they’re after me like
my trouble’s on steroids. Help me, please.”
Audrey questions, “Where are you?”
Chris speaking softly says, “I’m in Boston at
the Langham.” The sound of footsteps tell him people are coming, “Hurry.” He
says. He looks over his shoulder.
Nathan goes to Audrey. Audrey turns to
him, “That was Chris, Chris Broady his trouble has been amplified too.”
Jordon argues, “You have to help me
with Caspian. He needs Nathan to heal him.”
“I’ll handle Chris. You can meet me later, take
a chopper.”
Nathan says, “Audrey, you know this is a trap.”
Audrey nods, “One that won’t work.” She says.
Jordon suspicious asks, “What am I not
getting?”
Nathan says, “You and now Chris Broady…”
Audrey says, “They’re targeting our Xs, Mavis
doesn’t want us to get married.”
Audrey takes off her engagement ring and puts
it in Nathan’s hand, “take this to protect you.” Audrey tells Nathan.
Nathan urges Audrey, “What about you?”
Audrey assures him, “I’ll be fine.”
Nathan insists, “Take Daniel with you.” Audrey
starts to shake her head.
“I will call him and he’ll follow you if you
don’t take him with you.”
Audrey nods. She walks off.
Jordon urges Nathan, “We have to find Caspian
before they do.”
As Jordon and Nathan walk through the warehouse
district Jordon says, “You do realize you just let your fiancé go see her
x-boyfriend without her engagement ring.”
Nathan sighs and nods. He’s not so sure it was
a good idea.
As Audrey walks off, Jeremy, bruises on his
face, watches her from afar. A cell up to his ear he says, “Mavis, she’s on her
way, alone.”
INT. LANGHAM HOTEL BAR
- DAY
Mavis in the Langham through her phone says, “Excellent.
You’re earning your way back. Make sure Nathan dies.”
Act III
EXT. GULL – DAY
Audrey pulls up to the Gull, Daniel is exiting.
Through the rolled down window, Audrey says “I need your help.”
Daniel heads for the car getting in as he says,
“I know, Nathan just called.”
Audrey sighs, “Of course he did.”
As Audrey pulls away Daniel asks if she has any
sunglasses.
WAREHOUSE DISTRICT -
DAY
Nathan and Jordon are walking through the
warehouse district. Nathan is on the phone with Dwight as Jordon is watching
all around nervous. Nathan asks, “What does it say?”
INT. POLICE STATION –
CHIEF’S OFFICE - DAY
Dwight on the other end of the phone speaks to
Nathan from the office. He looks at a computer program mapping out vibration
patterns, “The vibrations are coming from the northeast corner.”
WAREHOUSE DISTRICT -
DAY
At the warehouse district Jordon points to a
building that’s vibrating, “He’s in here.” She says.
Nathan thanks Dwight and hangs up as he and
Jordan enter the building.
INT. WAREHOUSE 2 - DAY
Inside the building Jordon and Nathan hide. The
men with guns are already there above them, their feet making noise on the
metal floors. Nathan and Jordon overhear someone saying, “Quite down?”
A man comes close to them. Seeing them he’s spooked
and shoots not really aiming.
Nathan shoots back.
The man backs off hiding as Jordon and Nathan
hide behind a wall.
“We just want to help him.” Jordon yells. “We
can stop all this.”
Hiding behind some machinery, Abe turns to the
redhead, “this is exactly what I didn’t want. If they find me-”
The redhead holding his shotgun aggressively
says, “we’ll make sure they don’t.”
Abe grabs the gun as the redhead clutches it,
“You are not going to hurt Nathan. He cures the troubled.”
The redhead in his face egotistically says,
“You cure families. Compared to you he’s nothing.”
Abe clutches the redhead’s gun not about to let
it go. He says “But I have to kill people to do it. I won’t do it this time.”
The redhead won’t let go.
The older brunette turns to the redhead, “Caspian
doesn’t have any family that we know of. Let Nathan have this one, we’ll get
the next.”
The redhead shakes his head, “No, we own you
Abe, you’ve killed before and I don’t think you want evidence to pop up proving
that.”
Abe grabs the shotgun and hits the redhead over
the head with the butt, “You son of a bitch.”
The redhead on the ground steely asks, “Are you
going to do kill me?”
Abe leans down to him as if he’s going to spit
on him, “No, you’re not worth it. Do what you have to I’m done.”
Abe leaves the warehouse.
The older brunette follows him.
EXT. WAREHOUSE 2 – DAY
Outside the warehouse, the brunette follows Abe,
“Hey, Hey.” He calls out to Abe.
Abe turns to him.
The brunette assures him, “Don’t worry about
him. He’s not in charge of this operation.”
Abe nods, relieved, “I know.” He says.
The brunette says, “If you ever want to talk.”
As he talks he opens his wallet and pulls out a business card (a picture stuck
to the back). He hands the card to Abe. Abe takes the card, “Thanks.” The
picture falls off the back. Abe leans down and picks it up. It’s a picture of
Jeremy. Abe hands it back to the brunette and asks, “Is that your son?”
The brunette takes the picture and says, “Yeah.
Not that he would admit it.”
Abe watches as the brunette puts the picture
back and his wallet away, Abe pats him on the back, “I’ll call you.”
INT. WAREHOUSE 2 - DAY
Inside the warehouse the men look at the
redhead on the ground and start to leave. He orders them to come back. They
don’t listen. He yells at them calling them cowards and telling them to
remember what Driscal taught them.
Nathan and Jordon overhear this and Jordon
says, “It sounds like there’s division among the ranks.” She calls out for
Caspian, “Caspian, it’s alright! You can come out!”
Caspian comes out onto the floor.
The redhead pulls his gun out to kill him.
Nathan has his gun out and shoots the redhead
in the shoulder. He falls over. Nathan goes to him and kicks the gun out of his
hand, “You’re going to tell us everyone you’re working with.”
Just then the earth begins to quake. Caspian
shaking says, “I can’t control it.”
Jordon yells, “Nathan.”
Nathan goes over to him and cures him. The
shaking stops and the redhead is gone.
“Go,” Jordon urges Nathan, “I know you have to
get Audrey. Kirk and I will handle this.”
Nathan nods and runs away.
EXT. WAREHOUSE 2 - DAY
As Nathan exits, Jeremy, bruises on
his face is outside waiting for him. Nathan stops in his tracks.
INT. HOTEL – DAY
Audrey at the hotel walks up to the
receptionist, “We’re looking for the room of Yosemite Sam.”
The receptionist moves to the computers.
Daniel gives a look bocking at the name.
Audrey explains, “that’s the essence of his
personality”.
Daniel’s shocked, “And you dated him.”
Audrey sighs.
The receptionist gets her the room, 408.
“Thank you.” Audrey says they head that way.
Mavis, looking lushes, watches from the bar.
She’s upset, “He came” she sighs with frustration. “Alright you want to play,
let’s play.” She takes the last sip of her drink.
INT. HOTEL – FOURTH
FLOOR HALLWAY - DAY
Audrey walks down the hall with Daniel behind
her in step. Daniel puts Audrey’s sunglasses on. Audrey looks at him funny.
“So he won’t affect me.” Daniel says.
Audrey nods then stops. She backs up towards a
large air conditioning vent. She leans down to the vent, “Chris?” she
questions.
Chris inside says, “Audrey, thank God my phone
died.”
Daniel pulls out a pocket knife and helps remove
the vent.
Chris asks, “How did you know?”
Audrey leans down, “I can smell your cologne.”
Chris sighs, “that’s not cologne someone
spilled a bottle of perfume on me.”
Chris gets out and looks at Daniel, “Get away
from me.” He says and scurries away. As he turns a corner a crowd of people are
in front of him and head towards Chris. Chris turns around and runs the other
way saying, “Run, run.”
Chris, Audrey, and Daniel run. Daniel losses
his glasses, they’re trampled by the people behind them.
Act IV
INT. HOTEL – FOURTH
FLOOR HALLWAY - DAY
As Chris, Audrey, and Daniel run down the
hallway from people chasing them Daniel sees the elevator open ahead of them,
he points, “this way.”
The three of them make it to the elevator,
Daniel first and he pushes the door closed as they all get in. He pulls the
fire alarm stop. He turns to Chris, smitten with him, “Are you alright?”
Chris looks to Audrey annoyed, “This is why I ran
from him.”
Daniel steps back and turns to Audrey, “Are you
alright?”
Chris looks surprised and intrigued.
Audrey nods, “Yeah, dad I’m okay.”
Chris comments, “Dad?” surprised.
Daniel comments, “You should dump Nathan and
marry Chris instead. We still have time to substitute the groom. Chris is
amazing.”
Audrey looks at Daniel intently, “Dad, you’re
being affected by his trouble.”
Daniel nods, he sits down and puts his head in
his lap.
Chris asks, “What’s he doing?”
Audrey responds, “He’s been around troubles a
lot longer than either of us.”
Chris nods accepting Audrey’s answer, “So you and
Nathan are getting married?”
Audrey nods, “Yeah, tomorrow if we get home. I
hope Dave and Vince are having luck laying the details.”
INT. HAVEN HAROLD – DAY
At the Harold Vince, Dave are bickering about
different soaps.
James says, “It’s a bridesmaid’s gift and
Duke’s one of them I don’t think he cares what kind of soap he gets.”
James throws the soap’s into the baskets.
Vince says, “Okay now we still have to
determine which vows are better.” Vince turns to a stack of papers with writing
on them.
Dave argues, “I still think grew in love sounds
better.”
James throwing his hands up says, “This is
insane.”
INT. HOTEL – ELEVATOR -
DAY
In a quiet elevator, as Daniel sits with his
face in his arms. Audrey and Chris don’t look at each other. Finally Audrey
says, “I thought you were going to hide out somewhere?” she speaks with
attitude.
Chris says, “I’m here to raise money for
endangered fish.”
Audrey gives him a look.
“I tried the cabin thing but the troubles stuck
around too long.” Chris says.
Audrey nods, “Sorry about that.”
Chris looks to Audrey inquisitively, “What? You
caused them to stick around? Why aren’t we getting out of here?”
Audrey sighs, “There’s a lot that’s happened in
Haven since you left.”
WAREHOUSE DISTRICT –
DAY
Nathan standing in front of Jeremy who
has bruises on his face, stands still his hand on his gun. “Looks like you took
a beating.” Nathan says, “Mavis wasn’t so happy you tried to kill Sarah.”
“Mavis taught me my place but the
rewards of service are worth it.” He says as he takes off his hood he shows
Nathan that his bruises heal.
“You’re never going to be happy simply
serving her.”
“You’re right” Jeremy says as he paces
around Nathan, blocking his path. “But killing you might make me happy.” He
lunges towards Nathan.
Nathan grabs Jeremy. Jeremy screams in
pain. Seeing Nathan wares Audrey’s ring on his pinky Jeremy quickly breaks free
and runs away in a blur.
STREET
Slowing down from the blurring run
Jeremy has the phone to his ear, “Mavis” he says, “Audrey doesn’t have her
ring.”
INT. HOTEL – FOURTH
FLOOR HALLWAY - DAY
Mavis says, “Good.” Her eyes
determined.
ABANDONED LOT - DAY
At an abandoned lot Vernon stands, waiting as
Kat pulls up.
Kat gets out of the car to talk to Vernon. Pacing
he says he’s mad Sam’s married he wants to get her away from her husband. “What
dirt do you have on him?”
Kat smiles happily. “Plenty.” Kat is happy.
Just then Dwight pulls up in his truck and Sam
and Duke jump out. Kat groans in pain. Duke holds a tranquilizer gun on her,
“You’re not going anywhere.”
Vernon pulls a tranquilizer gun from his back
pocket.
Duke says, “You can come willingly or the hard
way.”
Kat in pain looks to Sam crying, “You’re my
sister how could you?”
Sam urges her, “I want to help you. Stop this.”
Kat groans, “You’re hurting me.”
Sam confidently says, “You’re hurting
yourself.”
With evil eyes full of hate Kat says, “You
filthy filthy slut.”
Sam slaps Kat.
Duke pulls her back.
Kat smiles, “Do you know how many men she’s
been with?” She asks Duke and turns to Vernon, “Do you? So many men.”
Sam looks on ashamed. Vernon is disgusted and
holds the gun a little less firmly. Dwight’s surprised but keeps his wits about
him.
Duke with the gun approaches Kat, “I know. So
what?”
Sam looks at Duke happily in love with him. Kat
trembles in pain, blood drips down her nose. She turns to run in a blur. Vernon’s
dazed his gun aimed at the ground. Yet as Kat runs Duke pulls the trigger on
the tranquilizer gun and she falls, shot in the leg.
Vernon stunned simply stands there staring at
Kat on the ground.
Dwight says, “Let’s get her up on the truck.”
Duke hands Sam the gun and moves to help
Dwight. Sam looks to Vernon who looks to her with a look of betrayal and backs
away.
INT. HOTEL – ELEVATOR -
NIGHT
It’s night at the hotel, in the elevator, as
Daniel sits in the corner with his head in his hands Chris looks down saying,
“So Nathan will cure my trouble?”
Audrey nods, “When he gets here.”
Chris looks off in the distance distressed.
“Are you alright with that?” Audrey asks.
Chris still looking distressed nods, “Yeah,
it’s a pain in the ass.”
Audrey questions him, “but”
Chris continues, “there’s this girl.”
Audrey glares at him conveying her disgust that
he’s been using his trouble for personal gain.
“It’s not like that. She came up to me at a
conference and criticized me. I think her Asperger’s prevented her from being
affected but I didn’t want to test it. She’s in our room now.”
Daniel stands, “You left her in your room?” He
questions.
Chris asks, “Yeah why?”
Daniel adds concerned, “That’s the first place
they’d look for you. She’s the first person they’ll ask about where you are.
And when they don’t give a satisfactory answer.”
Chris nervous wants to get out.
Act V
INT. HOTEL – ELEVATOR –
NIGHT
Chris nervous wants to get out saying,
“I have to get to her. If anything happens to her…”
Audrey blocks him.
Chris insistent says, “Get out of my way.”
INT. HOTEL – FOURTH
FLOOR HALLWAY - DAY
On the 4th floor the doors open, no
one is there. Chris runs out. Audrey follows and Daniel follows her.
When they turn a hallway, Mavis stands
at the end of the hall. She throws a white substance at them.
Daniel steps in front of Audrey and not Chris
to stop it. Daniel falls to the ground asleep. Audrey calls to him, “Dad!”
Daniel half asleep says, “Back away.” Then he
falls asleep completely snoring.
Chris says, “that’s the woman who bumped into
me right before this started.”
Mavis with a smile looking to Audrey says,
“Hello sweetheart.”
Chris shocked says, “You know her?”
Audrey, shaking stares at Mavis.
Mavis with an evil glint on her eyes says, “I’m
her mother.”
Chris is shocked.
Audrey shaking says, “As such I’m immune to
your magic.”
Mavis throws out her hand and the floor under
Audrey and Chris puddles up around them, capturing them in place. “But you’re
not immune to gravity.”
Audrey and Chris try to break free as Mavis
approaches them.
Suddenly Mavis is in intense pain, Nathan has
his hand on her from behind. She falls to the ground.
The puddle Audrey and Chris are in dissipates. Audrey
and Chris are free.
As Nathan sees Chris, “Hey Chris” he says
excited, smiling uncontrollably, “I love you man.”
Just then a small group of women come around
the corner, “It’s Chris.” One says and the others start running.
Audrey turns to Nathan orders him, “Heal him.”
Mavis runs away in a blur as Nathan puts his
hands on Chris’s cheeks and heals him.

INT. HOTEL – FOURTH
FLOOR HALLWAY - DAY
The woman stand in the hallway
confused, “Who are you?” one woman says, “Why did I think you were famous?”
Chris nods, “Well it worked. So we’ll see.” He
opens the door in front of him.
INT. HOTEL ROOM - DAY
In the hotel room a woman, dressed comfortably
in a rugby t-shirt and faded sweat pants dances with earphones on. Chris
approaches her and Audrey steps into the room giving him his space.
“Francis,” Chris yells.
The woman looks to him and takes off her head
phones. She smiles, “You’re back, took you long enough. Some guys were looking
for you.”
He smiles, “Yeah.”
She hugs him kissing him. Audrey walks outside.
Chris smiles. “Let’s get out of here.”
INT. HOTEL – FOURTH
FLOOR HALLWAY - DAY
Outside the hall Audrey and Nathan look to
Daniel sleeping. Nathan slaps him to wake him up.
“Audrey” Daniel says alarmed.
Audrey looks to him touched. “You saved me and
not Chris.”
Daniel nods, “You’re my daughter, magic can’t
break that.”
Audrey hugs her dad. He pats her on the back,
“I’d like to get up.” He says sitting in an awkward position. Audrey let’s go.
Chris and Francis walk out of the room. Chris
turns to them, “Thank you and congratulations.”
Audrey smiles and Nathan nods.
Daniel rises saying, “Don’t we have a wedding
tomorrow?”
EXT. CHURCH BACKYARD –
DAY
At the wedding, in back of the church Sam
performs the ceremony, with Duke as Audrey’s maid of honor. Dwight as Nathan’s
best man. Nathan and Audrey exchange rings saying, “I will honor you all the
days of my life.”
Sam says, “Marriage is about mutual submission,
being willing to sacrifice one’s life for the other, and taking the other’s
lead in trust and faithfulness. Audrey and Nathan have followed this model to
the tee. So today we bless this union of marriage. So you may kiss your bride…groom.”
She says.
Audrey and Nathan kiss and the crowd cheers.
EXT. CHURCH BACKYARD -
DUSK
With strings of white lights on all the trees,
tables set up on the grass, Audrey and Nathan Dance looking happily into each
other’s eyes as the song “On Bended Knee” plays.
Audrey says, “This is our song, remember the
reunion.”
Nathan says, “You remembered?” He questions
wondering who took care of it.
Audrey looks over to Vince and Dave standing by
the tables, “I think I might have chatted with them about it.”
Audrey flashes Vince and Dave and thank you
smile.
They nod at her.
She leans in towards Nathan hugging him.
Watching Audrey and Nathan James leans against
a tree.
Daniel approaches James with a drink. Taking
the drink James looks grateful. They drink in silence.
Vernon in the corner mopes.
Sam walks over to him, as she does she greets
people who tell her what a fantastic ceremony. She thanks them and walks up to
Vernon, “I thought you’d be gone.” She tells him.
He points behind him, “I’m going to take off
now.”
Sam asks, “Are you alright?”
Vernon sighs looking at her differently, judging
her, “I think I finally learned what it means to really love someone.” He looks
down, “Kat was wrong” he says “You’re not making bad choices, he’s…” Vernon
looks to Duke who clears dishes of little old ladies. “…good for you.”
Sam looks to Duke and smiles, “Yeah,” Sam turns
back to Vernon confident “Even though sometimes we fight.”
Vernon sighs, “I hope I fight with someone like
that.”
Sam assures him, “You will you just got to let
her have her say.”
He nods looking deflated he turns to leave. Sam
gives him a look of faith. He nods and leaves.
As everyone dances, Sam goes over to Duke and
asks for a dance. He takes her onto the dance floor.
INT. TRUCK (PARKED)
In a truck the older brunette from the
warehouse district sits, texting on his phone saying, “Our plan may have to be
altered.”
EXT. CHURCH BACKYARD - DUSK
Dwight, as the wedding festivities continue around
him, receives the text.
