NBC New Fall Shows 2010

Lots of drama with a little comedy and some public service too.

Chase;
It’s a full on Action Drama. They seem to have done their research in how the US Marshall Service works. They are going to find the top 15 most violent criminals so as the audience you must be prepared for some violence. Premiers Monday September 20th 10/9c.

The Event;
It’s a conspiracy show that will show you more about “the Event” every time without showing the whole picture therefore getting people to continue watching in order to find out the whole story. It’s like Heroes, Lost, Alias, and The Nine but hopefully they will be more systematic about the episodes always keeping the details of the event the same and the episodes consistent with those details. And hopefully giving us all the answers to the questions we have by the end of the series. Premiers Monday September 20th 9/8c.

Law and Order Los Angeles;
All I can say is not another Law and Order. I couldn’t even watch the preview. Law and order is Law and order it speaks for itself. Premiers Wednesday September 29th 10/9c.

Outlaw;
a justice that wants to change the law to do the right thing but the question is “is the right thing for him the right thing?” it’s come at the perfect time when people feel like the system has failed them and this guy comes and wants to change it. I also saw part of a preview that was really funny. So don’t for one second think this is just a serious drama. It’s about people and people aren’t always serious. Premiers Friday September 17th.

Outsourced;
Think the office meets Big Bang Theory. About a guy who is told he’s going to run a call center in India. It’s about culture clashing and the underdogs finding their way, slowly most likely because they want to stay on the air for awhile. Warning though it wasn’t that inappropriate for the ads but I could see it getting pretty inappropriate. Just in case you don’t like that I wanted to warn you. Premiers Thursday September 23rd 9:30/8:30c.

School Pride;
Think extreme home makeover meets a school. Premiers Oct. 15th Friday 8:00/7:00c.

Undercovers;
From J.J Abrams the man who brought us Alias a new spy drama about two married people who come out of retirement to work the spy trade once again. It’s funny and the fact that their married doesn’t hurt the romance one bit as far as the ad makes it clear. I just hope that Abrams stays away from the supernatural this time. It’s about personal relationships as far as the ad says and I think it’s great premise everyone can get in on. A dramatic, comedic, romantic, action packed journey. Everything anyone could want; the best kind of show. Premiers September 22nd Wednesday 8/7c
